I have to say arvixe is much better in terms of support. A2Hosting announces to offer 24*7 live support, however their live support(especially live chat support) only available during business hours. We tried to check support status at night/morning, sales and billing support are both offline. Means only ticket and email options left for all users if we have to fix problems after business hours.
